In 2025, the Deep South Tour carried us straight into the soul of American roots music—following the river roads, red clay highways, and juke joint backrooms that shaped the sound we grew up on. From the hallowed studios of Muscle Shoals, where generations of legends cut timeless records, to the deep blues crossroads of Bentonia—home of the haunting Bentonia style—we soaked up every mile. Standing inside the historic Blue Front Cafe, the oldest surviving juke joint in Mississippi, you can feel the ghosts of Hill Country blues still hanging in the air. The Deep South Tour 2025 wasn’t just a run of shows—it was a pilgrimage through the birthplace of the music that raised us. Every stop added a little more grit, groove, and gratitude to what we bring back home to the swamp.
